Do I have to drink extra water while taking Manetabolism Plus?
No additional water outside the standard water intake recommendation is needed. Every day the body loses water through your breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements. For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply. The body can demand at least the daily recommendation of water when taking dietary supplements. The Institute of Medicine determined that an adequate intake for men is roughly 3 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day. The adequate intake for women is 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day.
